Hi guys...here is an e-mail that I got from one of my affiliates that just upgraded to EA...Not sure how to answer her. I don't really know how to answer her question, since I really don't know how having the Powerline helps us?? I myself do not know how to benefit from having the Powerline. Can someone help me out?
Here is the e-mail below: Thanks for your follow up with me and all the insight, tips, etc. However my friends and I are still trying to understand how I "can start earning commissions on every sale and purchase made by the 25,570 affiliates" that came in under me.

Hi Shelly,
It's is funny, because I got an email just like the one that you got.
I told that person that they need to do 3 things in order to succeed in SFI.
1. Read SFI's Smart Start
2. Become EA for the short and long term success.
3. And focus on sposoring new people under them and not rely on that. Offer them the TOPS training if they seem serious and have become EA.
It seems to me that these people think that this is an easy way to make money. They are called "lookie loos" and "tier kickers". They are in the search of "someting for nothing".
I would tell her what I mentiond in the 3 steps and that is about it.

Thanks Tal..I will give her this info, but still I would like to know more about the affiliates under us....what is the purpose of having all of them placed under us? Shelly Supposedly we somehow make money from what they do. However, my monthly income started out great with this new system and has gone down steadily ever since. The difference has been the number of new EA's the first month compared to since then.
The number of new affiliates that upgrade to EA is what is going to determine how well you do. Right now there are more than 45,000 people under me, including "heavy-hitters" such as Chris Stirling. Last month they contributed $9.62 to my commission.
Don't depend on all those people for anything. Work on building your own team.

SandiHi Sandi, To be totally honest, I don't know why SFI would do this since it is useless. It lets people know that they have "xxxxxx people in their powerline" making them think that they should not do anything. I think that this encourages new people to do NOTHING and seat. I guess that this is done to get people to upgrade. You are right, you can only make money from people becoming EA that YOU have sponsored. Tal
