I am hoping someone here can clear a little matter up for me, as I am a little confused as to what is going on. Before I left for work this morning I checked my stats like always and it SFI showed a commission this month of $17 and some change (don't laugh at the small amount, this is huge for me! ), I couldn't figure out where that amount came from. Since January of this year I have been averaging between $10-$15 a month, They send me a check every month including last month. So imagine my surprise when I got home from work and saw that I had no commissions for the month of April. I have never lost my EA status. Do you think it is just a glitch in the system and they caught it or what? I would appreciate some of your input. Nancy

Hi, Nancy
SFI's website is notorious for glitches, and I'm sure this is just another one. I checked my report and my commission shows up - bigger than I expected! Check back later and yours will probably have magically reappeared.
When you click on the hyperlinked date in your commission report, the amount is broken down into its various components so you can see just where the commission came from.

It takes a couple of days for the real totals to come up. I checked mine last night and they had doubled it! (I WISH) Of course this month was the first month I actually get to see a real paycheck for more than $10. Yippeeee! Anyway, it always works out come pay day! If not, then I am sure someone in the forum would know who you should talk to. Cindi
