Some who are new to online work have a problem learning how to "Copy and Paste" which is essential to our online work.
It is a very simple process...
To copy and paste a word or phrase... use the following steps:
1. First highlight the data [you want to copy and paste] by clicking your left mouse button and holding it down while scrolling across the word/phrase from left to right [or right to left]
2. Then after highlighting it, let off your left mouse button. Next press the "Ctrl" key and "C" key on your keyboard at the same time. Now you have it copied.
3. Now go to where you want to paste what you have copied and press "Ctrl" and "V" to paste the data where you want it to go.... and that's it! You have completed a Copy and Paste transaction...
This process is very useful for entering usernames and passwords when they are rather long and you don't get access the first time. It will eliminate the typos and mistakes. It is also an important function to use when working on your website...
