NVU doesn't do that to me, but if it did I would probably just keep hitting the backspace key until I got rid of all that empty space. Hopefully NVU won't put it back in!

SandiSandi, I load my pages up in note pad and remove the spaces periodically. I think it was ken that told me to do that. It works until you make changes and then they are back again. Mike C

Hi, when I was putting together the tutorials I played around with NVU and discovered that you can stop it from formatting the source code, which stops it adding in a load of unnecessary white space. - Click on the Tools menu, then choose Preferences from the list
- A bit confusing, but the Options window opens
- In the "General" section you'll see options to either "Retain Original Source Formatting" or "Reformat HTML source". Choose the first option to retain the formatting.
That's it, hope that solves the issue so you only have to delete the white space once! Regards, Jim

Regards, Jim Jim, I was searching the internet this morning in hopes of finding a program do get rid of those darn spaces. I hated to have to do it one more time, but I cannot tell you how nice it was to find this post so that I won't have to do it again. ;D Thank you Mike C. P.S. Sure would be nice if I didn't have to do a manual edit of each landing page, but you gotta do what you gotta to.
