Has anybody ever listed an item on TripleClicks?
Did it sell? If so, how long was it there?
Did TripleClicks send you an e-mail when it sold?
How long was it before you were paid?
I'm having a bit of an issue right now with them and I'm wondering if it's a fluke or more common than they would like to admit.

Hi Sandy
I've not listed anything but I've tried 3 times to buy something from ECA's and all three eventually told me [after I messaged them] that they received no notice or email from TC regarding my purchase.
2 of them I had to cancel and I still bought one even though I didn't get it till about 30 days afterwards. I think their system is still being developed and glitches ironed out. I believe it will get better as time goes on. They must be aware of the notice issue and have resolved or else it will be soon.

BTW... I think a separate forum related and connected to Triple Clicks would be very helpful to all...

A month after an item was purchased, I got a bit of a nasty-gram from SFI telling me to ship the item or tell SFI I couldn't ship the item so they could refund the money to the buyer. That was the first I knew the item had sold. It looked like this poor guy had purchases going back as far as three months! My guess none of the sellers had a clue their items had sold.
I apologized to the buyer and sent the item, and then pointed out to SFI that according to their website I should have been notified when there was a sale. The response was yeah, I should have been but it was my responsibility to check every day - EVERY DAY - to see if it had sold.
Are you kidding me? I listed that thing almost a year ago!
I pointed out that eBay and Amazon have software that notifies sellers of sales automatically and they need to do the same. No response yet. I really don't expect one.
I would have thought such software would have been installed from day one.

Sandy
It's unbelievable that they don't notice the seller when an item is bought. However, I think that's what is going on. The ECA program will not work until they do this. I'm going to be looking at some christmas gifts and if the 1st purchase doesn't go smoothly... then I will look elsewhere. I don't know how they can expect the program to work and flourish unless they correct this....

I actually did get a response.
Unfortunately it was: "The email would have been sent out. It could have ended up in your spam or junk folder."
I told him that nothing from SFI or TripleClicks had ever gone into the spam folder and it would be a shame if TripleClicks eventually failed because dissatisfied customers are never repeat customers.
We'll see.
